Samosa Workshop in collaboration with Waste2Taste, Oxford UK
A community-focused cooking workshop centered on sustainable food practices and culinary experimentation. Partnering with Waste2Taste, the session utilized surplus ingredients from the Oxford Food Hub that would otherwise go to waste into a collaborative feast.
Participants gathered around the table to experiment with different fillings and flavor combinations, creating both classic savory samosas (using potatoes, peas, broccoli, and baby corn) and sweet variations (featuring apple, cinnamon, and cranberries). The workshop emphasized intuitive cooking, material reuse, and collective learning through food.
